Treform

２月竣工の『トレフォルム』。
北側の囲いが昨日外されました。

The north side facade of "Treform",
which is expected to be built this February,
has appeared yesterday.



奥に見えるのが西沢立衛建築設計事務所設計のW棟で、
手前に見える、足場がまだ組んであるのが、
小川晋一都市建築設計事務所設計のN棟です。

The part you can see on the right is "W building"
which is designed by Office of Ryue Nishizawa,
and the part on the left is "N building" by
Shinichi Ogawa & Associates / urbanist architect.



W棟の１階の１０１号室は、工事中の時はこんな感じです。
ここはお風呂場なんですが、想像つくでしょうか。

This is #101 of W building under the construction.
Here is bathroom... Can you imagine how it will be like?



大きな開口があるお風呂場で、明るく、とても気持ちよい空間になります。
広めのお風呂なので、お部屋の一つとして、
キャンドルや観葉植物などを置いて、
リラックスする空間として楽しめるのが良いです。

As there is a big window, the room will be very open with
comfortable breeze and pool of sunshine.
It would be great if you could use this space
not just as a bathroom but as a relaxing room
with candles, green, favorite furnitures and music.



こちらはN棟の114号室のお部屋です。
工事中は資材が置いてあってちょっと広さが分かりにくいですが・・・

This one is #114 of N building.
It's a little hard to imagine the dimension with materials...



7帖近くあるお部屋は真ん中で収納で区切ることで、
十分なベッドルームとリビングとして使えます。
とても機能的な間取りをしているので、
住みやすいと思います。
また、北側とは言えど開口がとても大きく、
サッシもほとんどないため、
明るく広く感じます。

This room is about 10㎡.
You can use one room as a bed room and a living room
by dividing it by low shelves like this.
N building has very efficient plans for easy living.
Although rooms are facing to the North,
you feel bright and open in the room because of the
huge windows with least sash.
