お風呂好きのための私がオススメする中野物件を、
今回と次回で２つご紹介します！

今回は『アパートメントノネット』です。
駅からも割と近く、２人でも住める住みやすい新築物件です。

I'd like to introduce 2 apartments that are specialized
on bathrooms in Nakano area.

This time, it's "apartment nonet".
It's a comfortable apartment which is close from Nakano station,
and big enough for couple to live.

縦に長い間取りですが、十分な横幅があるので、
使い方は自由自在！
広々ワンルームで使っても良いですが、
天井にあるレールを利用したり
高さのない家具で仕切ることで、
空間の奥行きを残しつつ食べるところと寝るところなどを
分けることができます。

Plan is long rectangle.
Although, it has enough width which expands
the use of the room.
Making it into a big studio type is one way,
but I recommend to separate space with fabric
or picture by using rail on the ceiling,
or if you don't want to lose the rich depth of the space,
you can simply put low furniture to divide the use.

真ん中には土間があります。
自転車もそのまま持ってあがって置いておけます。

There is DOMA space in between the two wooden floor spaces.
You can keep your bike safe here.

設備で嬉しいのがお風呂のテレビ。
壁はガラスなので開放感もあり、
パックやヘアトリートメントをしながら
ゆっくり半身浴ができそう！

Rare equipment of this apartment is TV in bathroom.
The wall is made of glass, so it's full of openness.
You can relax and enjoy TV doing hair treatment.
