クランク - Crank -

大岡山から歩いて徒歩１０分のところにある『グリディエ』。
この辺りは公園や大学があるので、よくランニングをしている人を見かけます。

There is "Gridie" 10 minutes walk from Ohokayama station on
Tokyu-Meguro line which is also connected to Nanboku-Line.
I see many people jogging around this area
as there is a big park and university campus.



この中で今回は306号室のご紹介です。

I'd like to introduce room #306 here.



キッチンスペースと寝室が緩やかに区切られているので、
家具の配置がしやすいです。

It is easy to see where to place furniture
as the space is ambiguously divided into
kitchen&dining space and bed space.



窓は北を向いていますが、周りが低層の住宅街なので、
光を遮るものがなく、割と空を近く感じることができます。

Although window is facing to the north direction,
you still get enough light as the area is quiet residential area
without many tall buildings.



南側の玄関部もガラスブロックで光を取り込めるようにしてあり、
かつ風通し用の開口もあるので、緩やかに風が抜けます。

On the south side, there is a glass block wall to catch natural light.
Also there is a ventilation window to make breeze go through the room.



キッチンはすっきりしたステンレスのもの。
作業するスペースもきちんとありますし、
下は収納を自由にアレンジできるようになっています。

Kitchen is very simple and minimum,
but is big enough to cook for single or couple.
There is nothing under the sink so that
you can arrange your own cabinet.



お風呂に窓があるのも気持ちがよくて良いです。
このお風呂とトイレは珍しい形をしていて、
一直線に繋がっているんですよ。
これもまたお部屋の広さを確保するための工夫です。

There is a window at the bathroom.
This bathroom and toilet have interesting position.
They are placed linearly to take enough space for
bedroom.



寝室に当たるお部屋はすっきりと抜けているので、
物の配置がしやすいです。

Each rooms are rectangle, so it's easy to place your furniture.
