丘の上にある家 - An apartment on a hill -

渋谷、恵比寿、広尾、六本木からアクセスの良い場所に
『caprice』という物件があります。
丘の上にあって、周りはとても閑静な住宅街です。

from Shibuya, Ebisu, Hiroo, and Roppongi.

奥まったところにあります。
色とりどりの植物が迎え入れてくれます。

If you walk in a narrow alley filled with pretty colorful flowers,

玄関を入るとすぐ横に、大きなウォークインクローゼットがあります。
服やバッグ、靴を沢山お持ちでも、
この大きさなら整理すれば悠々入ります。

There is a huge walk in closed right next to the room entrance.
People who have a lot of shoes, bags, and clothes, check this out.
This closet space can contain all your belongings.



お部屋は潔く広々ワンルームのスタジオ型です。
どこで仕切るかでお部屋の模様はガラリと変わります。
北西向きに窓が一面大きく取られているので、
光がサンサンと入ってきます。

The room is large studio type.
Depends on where you place your furniture,
the space changes.
Beautiful sunlight is pouring in from
a wide window on the North-West side.



３階のお部屋は19畳と、２階の24畳に比べて少し狭い分、
テラスがあります。
最上階なので眺めは抜群。
十分な広さがあるので、畑にしてハーブを育てたり、
植物園にしてお花を育てたり、椅子とテーブルを置いて
自分だけのお気に入りのスペースを作れます。

The room on the third floor has a big terrace.
As it is the highest level, view is awesome.
You can arrange the terrace space in any way you like:
such as making it into a flower garden or
reading space with chair and table.



パウダールームはトイレと一体になっていて、
キレイでコンパクト。
小物で遊ぶのが楽しくなる空間です。

The restroom is very compact and clean.



この『caprice』の場所ですが、斜めお向かいに
建築家：乾久美子さんの代表作である『アパートメントI』があります。
土地柄、アメリカ系やヨーロッパ系の外国人が多く周りに住んでいます。
このとっても便利で静かな場所に住んでみませんか。

Additional information for who might be interested in
Japanese architect, there is a representative masterpiece
of Architect Kumiko Inui, “Apartment I” just across
the street from “caprice”.
Because of the character of this area, there are many
Americans and Europeans living around.
