渋谷のワンルーム　- Studio Room in Shibuya -

渋谷と池尻大橋の間に「ラディアン」という物件があります。
築20年が経ちましたが、コンクリート打ち放しの内外は状態がとても良く、

under the kitchen sink.



窓の外には、今は小学校があって緑が見えますが、
昔は全面日本軍の基地だったそう。
その面影もすっかりなくなり、周りは静かな住宅街となっています。

You can see elementary school from the window,
but all those spaces just beyond the front street were
used to be Japanese army camp.
Now, all the area has turned out to be a quiet residential area.



たまに入居者で集まって素敵な中庭でバーベキューをすることも！

Sometimes residents gather into the beautiful patio
to do BBQ!
